Project highlights: Intuitive employee portal, Social Collaboration, Seamless Data Integration
The Challenge
The city administration of Sindelfingen in Baden-Württemberg was facing a digital dilemma: internal information management and sharing were cumbersome and inefficient, embedded in outdated Lotus-Notes databases. A modern intranet was required that not only efficiently managed content but also depicted workflows and automated processes. Additionally, social exchange was to be enabled to meet the needs of the younger workforce.
The Intrexx solution
With Intrexx, the city administration of Sindelfingen achieved a digital leap forward: an aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly employee portal became the central hub for information and data, significantly speeding up the search for information.
