The challenge

The german machinery manufacturer Otto Martin had a long wishlist for digitalizing its complaint management. To track product errors, Otto Martin used three systems in parallel: an ERP, a ticket system, and an Excel list that existed side by side. Otto Martin needed a new solution that would neatly integrate existing systems and put an end to duplicate data entries.

The Intrexx solution

With low code, Otto Martin created a central hub for all data and processes in its company. ERP, Microsoft, and paper-based workflows were merged and optimized. Error reports and complaints are now fully automated.

A comprehensive, economically viable and future-proof digitalization only became possible for us with the introduction of Intrexx.

A digital Intrexx solution for Otto Martin

Otto Martin now manages complaints exclusively digitally.

Thanks to Intrexx, less paper and Excel are used across all company areas. With the low-code platform, more and more processes were efficiently designed with digital applications.

Digital workflows: optimized and automated.

Otto Martin interconnected workflows from various departments on a central platform – instead of island solutions, all data and processes now converge at a central hub. Entire processes now occur completely automatically. Error reports are directly written into the ERP through Robotic Process Automation. Subsequently, a production order or return is generated there, all without manual intervention. Moreover, employees now benefit from a digitized to-do list for the entire operation, track projects in Intrexx in real time, and request missing components simply via tablet.

Employees develop their own applications.

The staff was involved in Otto Martin's digitalization project from the start. Four employees were trained in using the Intrexx platform and can, thanks to low code, completely independently create applications to drive the company's digitalization.
